As a result of graduating top of her school, Griffith University offered Dr. Roxana Golusin an academic scholarship to study Biomedical Science. During her studies Roxana discovered her passion for medicine and she went on to complete her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery training at Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus in 2012. She completed further training for three years at the Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital rotating across many medical fields from which she gained her vast experience.
Dr. Roxana then went on to complete her GP specialty having worked across two very busy clinics on the northern end of the Gold Coast before joining the team at Southport Doctors.
She is particularly interested in women’s health and paediatrics. She also enjoys managing chronic disease.
Outside of work, Roxana enjoys Latin dancing, stand up paddle boarding and spending time with her family.
