Catherine blends evidence-based practice with a strong belief in honouring each person’s lived experience, identity, and goals. Whether you’re navigating autism, ADHD, chronic fatigue, trauma, or mental health challenges, her care is always holistic, empowering, and tailored to you.
She also understands that progress looks different for everyone — and she works in partnership with clients and families to create achievable, meaningful outcomes.

- CO-OP (Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance)
- CBT and DBT principles
- DIR Floortime (Level 1)
- Sensory modulation and mindfulness-based practices
- EMDR (Level 1), trauma-informed yoga, and autism-specific supports
