Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Southport Doctors, our priority is to provide high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner for all patients.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments reduce availability for other patients who may need urgent care.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 3 hours’ notice.
This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- A late cancellation is any appointment cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled time
- A no-show is when a patient does not attend their appointment without notice
In either case, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:
- Calling our reception team on (07) 5531 3205
- Managing your booking via HotDoc (if booked online)
